Returns Policy

Customers who received a faulty item or an incorrect item are entitled to full refund or replacement You must contact us within thirty days. 
Other goods may be returned within 30 Days if they are undamaged and in the original packaging. CD’s ,DVDs, Blurays and Vinyls will need to still be in he original shrink wrapping. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

The return postage must be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Instruction on how to ship your item will be sent to you when a return request is received.  

Items purchased on SALE only be refunded or replaced when faulty or incorrect .



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders for in stock items received before 11am AEST on a business day will be shipped the same day, All other orders for in stock items will be shipped on next business day.

We accept orders on for some products pre-release. Pre-release items will be normally be shipped within one business day of the official release date. In some cases, our supplier will change the release date at short notice or fail deliver the stock on time. SmartTimes Pty Ltd will notify all the customers affected by such delays and will fully refund on request. 

Back-ordered items will take around 5-7 days of processing time. If there are any delays beyond this, SmartTimes will notify the customer and will fully refund on request.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day. Shipping times may vary during high volume periods.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive notification to your email as entered at checkout. If your tracking is available for your order then tracking details will be sent via the email. 

SmartTimes Pty Ltd uses Australia Post from our Sydney Faculty to ship domestic orders for small numbers of CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays. Australia Post Standard Postage will take between 2-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Upgrades to Australia Post Express Parcel are available for an extra fee. 

Box sets and Vinyls and larger orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Parcel from our Sydney Faculty. Delivery will normally take between 1 and 4 business days depending on your location within Australia. Tracking details will be emailed when your order is shipped.

For the phone accessories, SmartTimes Pty Ltd uses Toll and Toll Priority to ship all items from Perth. Delivery will normally take between 1 and 4 business days depending on your location within Australia. Tracking details will be emailed when your order is shipped.
