Finding & losing love, and finding & losing yourself, are themes which prevail throughout the entire record. The album’s title, taken from the track ‘Bali Nights’ which details a hedonistic trip to Indonesia, speaks to not the act of smoking Cigarettes In Space, but to a state of being truly lost. Throughout the album, frontman Jake Barton leads listeners on a journey into the Summer Thieves world.
